Support planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital acquisition campaigns. Coordinate content and landing pages, run A/B tests, analyze marketing data, create performance reports, and recommend optimizations to improve ROAS.

Manage three branded Reddit accounts: post 2–3 times per week per brand, engage with users and comments per brand guidelines, craft brand-specific Reddit strategies, and coordinate with an outside contractor to manage meetings and goals.

Own performance marketing across Meta and direct-buy networks. Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns; test and scale direct-buy partnerships; develop creative; maintain tracking (pixel/S2S, macros); analyze ROAS/CAC and report insights; negotiate with network partners; collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Partnerships teams to grow acquisition channels.
