Defines audiences, sequencing, channels, timelines, and campaign goals; tracks response, pipeline, retention, and expansion impact; adjusts campaigns based on performance data; briefs content and creative teams; and collaborates with global performance marketing to align regional activity and inform investment decisions.

Own Halter’s North American events strategy, calendar, budget, delivery, and ROI measurement across national activations, conferences, stakeholder events, and regional field events. Lead and coach event specialists, partner closely with sales and marketing, support Territory Managers, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure events generate pipeline, brand awareness, and customer value. The role requires commercial judgment, creative event development, strong execution, and frequent engagement with ranchers and onsite event teams.

Build and run a high-performing team, own strategy and budget, deliver organic growth (SEO/content), paid performance (CAC/pipeline), events, enterprise motion, and local case studies.
