Develop, characterize, qualify, and transfer assembly manufacturing processes to production. Design and run DOE, perform FMEA and root-cause analysis, design tooling/fixtures, document processes, train technicians, and oversee equipment procurement, calibration, and maintenance for high-volume optoelectronic assembly.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated workflows and integrations using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato. Integrate systems via APIs/webhooks, troubleshoot workflow issues, monitor performance, document processes, and support data synchronization across CRMs and business tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead the qualification and process development for a new InP photonics semiconductor fabrication facility, focusing on process integration and yield improvement.
