Job Description:

The Global Supplier Business Manager will set strategy and growth plans for this portfolio and associated strategic suppliers across the globe and regions.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Set Supplier strategy and long-term growth plans for assigned suppliers.

  • Establish go to market initiatives with Supplier business units centered on key technologies and segments to drive supplier growth within Arrow.

  • Build influential relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers to grow sales and market share, through various programs and marketing activities.

  • Accountable to global execution of the business and sales plan.

  • Provide direction, leadership, and management to the regional supplier business development managers.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Supplier Development team to execute regional and global annual goals to advance the business.

  • Unify all Arrow capabilities and resources to maximize our revenue and executive alignment with our suppliers.

  • Establish Global and Regional performance review cadence both internally and externally with suppliers to execute strategic initiatives, including QBR schedule.

  • Guide and support regions on execution and provide escalation assistance when required.

  • Drive global Supplier process and operational excellence.

  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to market supplier technologies in key applications

  • Drive best practices with global suppliers leveraging regional excellence examples

  • Manage competitive intelligence at the supplier level to gain market share and position Arrow as a top distributor across our key global suppliers

What We Are Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or an engineering related field. MBA preferred.

  • A minimum of 8+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.

  • Experience within the IP&E product portfolio.

  • Knowledge of semiconductor technology preferred

  • Prior IP&E marketing success is required, global experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.

  • Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with partners.

  • Proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.

  • Strong existing relationships deep and wide inside the industry.

  • Data driven with experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives.

  • This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a US person, which includes US Citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home. 

  • Ability to travel 30% to 50%. Varies by month and quarter. Travel consists of international travel and domestic travel.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$102,900.00 - $180,403.61

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
