Own and grow Multisource product business for a region: define and execute marketing and sales strategy, support sales with pricing and offers, build market intelligence and supplier relationships, drive SEMI Multisource quoting and projects, implement financial/logistics programs, and measure revenue and market share while enabling regional sales teams.

Design, develop, test, and support UiPath automation solutions. Gather business requirements, build reusable assets, perform proofs-of-concept, document processes, implement error handling/logging, and maintain RPA best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders, provide production support, and communicate status and risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Support global supply chain sales by automating workflows, reconciling and validating data, and improving internal and customer-facing reporting. Build and maintain Excel VBA automation, gather requirements, test and roll out tools, train users, and apply AI tools to speed development and analysis while driving continuous improvement.

Manage assigned customer accounts to drive retention and growth through onboarding, training, renewals, and upsell identification. Serve as liaison between suppliers and internal teams to optimize campaign performance and reporting.

Provide first-tier HR consultation to managers and employees across workforce planning, global mobility, succession, talent acquisition and retention. Manage HR programs and projects (change management, global mobility, M&A, policy/compliance), configure HR systems/tools, oversee third-party vendors, and exercise autonomous decision-making for assigned solutions and teams.

Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts. Manage vendor pricing programs, prepare quotes and orders, resolve pre/post-sales issues, track opportunities, and deliver accurate forecasts to management.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Treasury and Finance technology initiatives as Scrum Master. Manage assigned customer accounts with strategic service and solution selling. Own quote-to-order and order-to-invoice processes, coordinate suppliers, maintain inventory and quality metrics, negotiate pricing, and resolve customer issues using supply-chain systems and Excel.

Support global operations with customer-facing quality oversight: manage Customer Health program, lead root cause analysis and 8D/CAPA, drive corrective/preventive actions, analyze order-to-delivery trends, support QMS/ISO compliance, and partner with suppliers to reduce field quality reports and improve KPIs.

Design, develop and maintain processes and tools to meet internal and external service levels and KPIs. Provide technical support for new customer and service implementations, manage escalations, document/report key metrics, lead project teams, and mentor junior staff while working independently to resolve complex problems.
