Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts. Manage vendor pricing programs, prepare quotes and orders, resolve pre/post-sales issues, track opportunities, and deliver accurate forecasts to management.

Lead P&L analysis, reporting, planning and forecasting; build deal models (ROWC, cost-to-serve); prepare executive-level presentations; provide insights to business leaders; mentor junior staff and drive process improvements. May require occasional late-night, weekend, or holiday coverage. Hybrid role with specified in-office days in Denver.

Manage assigned customer accounts with strategic service and solution selling. Own quote-to-order and order-to-invoice processes, coordinate suppliers, maintain inventory and quality metrics, negotiate pricing, and resolve customer issues using supply-chain systems and Excel.
