Qualifcations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Information Technology, or A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a member of an Agile software development team
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAFe agile development principles
- Enhanced business analysis skills
- Ability to create and interpret feature gap analyses
- Ability to leverage user feedback to assemble and communicate user detailed story maps
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $108,400 to $135,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Summary
The Senior Product Owner plays a key role within the agile development process and is responsible for translating the strategic vision and product priorities outlined by Product Management into actionable tasks and features that our development teams can execute against. Acting as a bridge between Product Managers, Stakeholders and one or more Development teams, the Senior Product Owner plays a crucial role in defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog and the development roadmap for the products or applications for which they are responsible.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a continuously updated and iterative Product Roadmap for their given product or application based oncontinuously evolving requirements received from Product Management as well as our Business and IT Stakeholders
- Partner with both Product Managers and development teams to effectively plan Program Increments, continually balancing the strategic needs of the product and development team capacity
- Continuously organize and manage agile development sprints, writing effective and efficient stories that bring clear
- development work to our IT Delivery partners and ensure our ability to consistently execute on behalf of our business and IT stakeholders alike
- Employ technology thought leadership specific to the product, application, or platform to ensure both business continuity and innovation on behalf of our stakeholder groups
