Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your main goals are to collaborate with our different teams, mainly the Account Executive team, to open up important sales opportunities for AI21 Studio. It will also require more strategy than a standard pipeline development role. You will be tasked with mapping out accounts we want to sell into and creating strategic plans for opening discussions with them. Your performance will depend on the quality of the meetings and opportunities you will be able to secure according to AI21’s targeted profile criteria .



Role and Responsibilities

  • Schedule introductory meetings through various channels, including outbound and inbound efforts, partner leads, events, conferences, and referrals.
  • Maintain proactive engagement with both new and existing leads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, phone, email).
  • Research and learn about companies and individuals to identify opportunities and set up meetings with Account Executives.
  • Conduct in-depth conversations with senior tech & business executives of prospective customers.
  • Build and manage a well-organized target list while maintaining a high volume of prospecting activity.
  • Ensure exceptional organizational skills and CRM hygiene through consistent updates and keen attention to detail.



Requirements

  • Approximately one year of experience in sales or sales developmaent 
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of leading SaaS sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach io, Zoominfo) - an advantage
  • Knowledge of SDR methodologies - an advantage
  • Ability to coordinate with marketing - lead source, quality of leads, recommendations.
  • Strong ability to distill complex concepts into a clear, concise pitch.

The pay range for this position is $60K to $80K on target earnings per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
