Our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with our driver risk management products. You'll work closely with our growing Product Marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other Marketing team members.
In this role, you'll contribute to product messaging, content creation, sales enablement, and product launches, executing fundamental product marketing skills while contributing to key marketing initiatives. What You'll Do:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll own key initiatives and develop skills across various product marketing disciplines. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, industries, and customer personas
- Translate product features into clear customer benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages
- Build and refine product messaging to ensure ongoing consistency, clarity, and relevance across audiences
- Create, update, and repurpose collateral such as one-sheets, slide decks, videos, and web copy for optimal performance
- Support new product and feature releases by executing launch deliverables and developing compelling promotional materials
- Contribute to go-to-market plans and strategic marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with our products
- Enable sales and partners by developing enablement materials, organizing internal resources, and supporting training
- Leverage insights from sales calls, customer feedback, and market research to inform messaging and keep content fresh
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure product success and alignment across go-to-market efforts
- Evangelize our products internally and externally, promoting their value and ensuring usage of existing collateral
- Contribute new ideas and strategic thinking while executing tactically
- Be part of a creative and agile team dedicated to shaping our brand and elevating our market presence
Required Skills:
- We're looking for self-starter with drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing (B2B SaaS experience a plus)
- Demonstrated success in product launches, messaging development, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
- Experience in sales and partner ecosystem enablement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas and produce high-quality content (a writing sample will be requested during the interview process)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven - you take ownership of your work and drive initiatives from concept to completion
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Comfortable working in tools like PowerPoint, CMS platforms, and project management software
- Experience with HubSpot, SharePoint, Pendo, or AI platforms is a plus, but not required
Travel Requirements:
