What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter that is local to Denver, CO and willing to be in office 2-3 days a week. This is slated for a 2-month contract with possibility of extension. Candidate must be willing to work 1099.
As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer.

- Conducting intake calls with Hiring Managers
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Managing job postings and applications through our ATS (ADP experience is a plus).
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate phone screens and assessments.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ADP is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
