$110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. - Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Understand digital best practices in accessibility, usability, requirement writing, agile development, software product management, web analytics and product lifecycle management.
- Bring expert knowledge of streaming industry best practices in product development and translates appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
- Diagnose highly complex issues and evaluates, recommends, and executes the best resolution.
- Influence Charter's product set and advocates for excellence in all areas.
- Evaluate proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and makes decisions in the best interest of the consumer.
- Manage details of the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
- Partner with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy.
- Provide a data-centric perspective, using data as the driver and influencer of priority and measurements of success.
- Define product goals and builds the experiments to rapidly evaluate their success.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of Product development/management
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Skills:
- Demonstrated in-depth foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA
- Effective business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results
- Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to adapt to a new environment and make an impact quickly
- Ability to manage and foster change
- Ability to influence large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results
- Ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently
- Ability to drive multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties

- Master's degree
- Telecom experience
- Customer experience advocate
- Knowledge of streaming, and streaming industry; experience with app integrations a plus
- Ability to write and manage requirements and user stories

- Strength for managing long-term external partner relationships
- Critical thinking skills and ability to apply across projects
- Individual contributor role, and requires working closely to align with other Product Managers and partner teams
