The Product Manager will oversee the development lifecycle of WiFi products, guide project direction, conduct competitive research, and maintain performance tracking dashboards.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the Product Development Lifecycle of a subset of WiFi Products and customer or internal facing features from ideation, initial assessment, development and testing to launch.
This role will play a role in initial product ideation refinement, sizing, valuation, and prioritization. A Product Manager on the team is responsible for execution of viable strategic solutions to customer and business problems; conducts competitive research in partnership with WiFi hardware engineering to translate into high-level informative decks for aligning stakeholders and implement industry best practices of the Hardware and Software Development Lifecycle.
You will guide direction and provide need analysis for in-flight projects as development teams create and finalize all aspects of software. Maintain feature performance tracking dashboards to ensure all launching features meet company expectations and enable the enhancement of products that fall short of stated goals. You will work to retain product ownership through several innovation cycles post launch to ensure competitive advantages are realized and maintained.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Product development/management - 3-5 + years of experience
- Cable/telecommunications/software/online services - 3-5+ years of experience
- Education:
- BA/BS technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive understanding of software source control tools such as GitLab.
- Extensive understanding of container management software such as Kubernetes.
- Skills:
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint Effective organizational and office management skills
- Effective cognitive and communication skills
- Effective analytical skills Effective business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results
- Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

- Experience in end customer and internal facing product management
- Experience in Hardware Product Management
- Experience in Software (Feature) Product Management
- Experience in translating feedback into actionable features for customers (both external and internal)
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Ability to produce Exec Level (Group Vice President and above) related collateral related to projects for the WiFi team
- MBA in Product Management
