Title: Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Description
The Senior D365 Finance and Operations Pre-Sales Solution Architect is a senior-level position that supports prospective customer sales cycles by understanding customer business requirements, designing the final solution, and promoting MCA Connect’s value proposition by conducting functional demos and technical discussions for our Dynamics 365 ERP prospects.
The Pre-Sales Solution Architect provides both functional and technical expertise; leadership on engagements including broad manufacturing implementation experience to facilitate the sale and delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution working as a team member along with the Account Manager or Engagement Manager to deliver a complete solution for the customer.
Responsibilities
Providing required business expertise in one or more of the following processes areas; manufacturing (primary focus), distribution, and financials.
Follow and help facilitate a defined MCA Connect value driven sales process.
Identifying, understanding, and defining customer needs, objectives and business requirements to design a solution that can best address the prospects’ requirements.
Preparing RFP responses and creating demonstration scenarios to address the business requirements outlined in the RFP or desired demonstration script provided by the prospect.
Preparing for and conducting specific Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP software demonstrations as an integrated member of the MCA Connect sales team.
Developing standard presentation materials and demonstration scenarios for sales presentations.
Managing the MCA Connect pre-sales process to ensure seamless coordination of activities between the MCA Connect sales and pre-sales teams.
Contributing to pipeline and revenue generation through participation and coordination of demand generation activities, including; customer workshops, webinars, tradeshows, and company events.
Acting as a functional and technical liaison between the MCA Connect sales team, MCA Connect implementation team, and the prospect/customer.
Communicating the business requirements to the MCA Connect delivery team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
Qualifications
B.S. in Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
- Minimum 5 years of functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong knowledge around manufacturing concepts and processes (i.e. discrete, process, and lean manufacturing) and related terminology in those manufacturing disciplines.
Articulate, professional communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to converse with prospects at all levels from the executive/owner level to the functional/technical team member level.
Ability to express industry specific, functional, or technical information in a clear, concise manner.
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism.
Ability to handle prospect questions, issues, and concerns in a thoughtful, quick, and concise manner.
Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills.
Ability to drive toward completion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and online applications.
Highly motivated and competitive professional.
