- Create and maintain talent intelligence reports, succession pipelines, and candidate market analyses.

Identify and Engage Exceptional Leadership Talent
- Proactively source executive, senior director, vice president, and critical leadership talent through multiple channels, including referrals, networking, market research, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Identify both lateral executive leaders and high-potential "step-up" candidates with demonstrated leadership readiness.
- Build diverse leadership pipelines that support current and future organizational needs.
Deliver Talent Intelligence and Market Insights
- Provide talent market intelligence, competitor analysis, compensation insights, and organizational benchmarking.
- Analyze talent trends, availability, migration patterns, and hiring market dynamics.
- Present findings and recommendations to Executive Search Partners and stakeholders.
- Support talent strategy discussions with data-driven insights and research-backed recommendations.
Partner with Executive Search Stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Executive Search Partners to support complex and senior-level searches.
- Participate in search strategy meetings, intake discussions, calibration sessions, and talent reviews.
- Maintain consistent communication regarding pipeline health, market conditions, and sourcing progress.
- Support executive search projects requiring discretion, confidentiality, and urgency.
Build Leadership Talent Communities
- Develop long-term relationships with executive and emerging leadership talent.
- Create and maintain talent communities aligned with Micron's future leadership needs.
- Continuously refresh leadership pipelines to ensure readiness for future openings and succession initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in executive sourcing, executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or retained search.

- Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping, market research, organizational research, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels and advanced search methodologies.
