Your Responsibilities
- Fulfill activities according to the detailed work instructions
- Work together with the plant team in regard to quality & process
- Perform quality and equipment checks as required
- Alert supervisor/team leader of any safety, quality, maintenance or production concerns related to equipment
- Use IT systems for communication and documentation
Who we are looking for
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Assembly related experience in manufacturing industry of 3-5 years
- Automotive experience 2-3 years
- Fluent in English
Your preferred qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn and develop constantly
- Technical School Certification
- Associate's degree in automotive / mechanics
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Lea Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma
