Love being the person who makes everything run smoothly? Meet the team that needs you.

IQGeo is a fast-growing software company, and we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep our Denver operation humming. One day you are planning the CEO’s travel, the next you are onboarding a new hire, sorting the mail, ordering the good coffee and organizing a night out at a Rockies game. No two days look the same, and that is exactly the fun of it.

You will sit in the HR team, but your impact will reach every department, plus our customers, vendors and visitors. You will support smart, friendly and busy colleagues across Denver and around the world.

A note on location: this role is hybrid with flexibility. Rather than a fixed number of days, you will be in the office as needed to collect and distribute mail, scan documents, welcome visitors and keep things running smoothly. There is potential for the role to become fully remote over time.

What You Get

  • 100% Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits. Yes, including your family!
  • An RTD EcoPass. Commuting made easy.
  • Great People. A friendly, helpful team who say thank you.
  • Plenty Of Fun. Holiday parties & team events [that you’ll help plan]
  • Pay Range. $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Is This You?

  • You are reliable, dependable and trustworthy with confidential/sensitive information.
  • You jump in and help the moment someone needs a hand.
  • You stay productive (and find something useful to do) when things go quiet.
  • You get a buzz from planning events people actually remember.
  • You treat colleagues like valued customers.
  • You take shifting priorities in stride and stay cheerful about it.

What You Will Do

A taste of the variety:

  • People (HR): Onboarding and offboarding, hiring support, benefits administration, payroll support, documentation, compliance, VOEs, background and reference checks, and I-9s.
  • Executive Support: CEO travel and diary planning, expense reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Finance: managing registration with relevant state agencies & payroll tax compliance (filings, notices, account maintenance), scanning and logging mail/notices and checks, documenting processes, credit card and expense support, vendor support (W-9s and vendor queries), and general finance administration.
  • Office & Facilities: Building security and admin, ordering supplies, FedEx shipping, receiving and tracking (internationally too), collecting and processing incoming mail, scanning, guest and vendor coordination, health and safety “fire warden” duties, and keeping the kitchen and break room stocked.
  • Events: Meetings, lunches, dinners, holiday parties, travel and hotel arrangements, and a helping hand with marketing events.
  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Ops: Projects and general support whenever the team needs it.

What You Bring

  • Experience in an administrative role with serious multitasking, executive engagement and pace.
  • A friendly, approachable and dependable style.
  • Discretion with sensitive employee and financial data.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers, and the ability to hit recurring deadlines.
  • Confidence with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and scheduling tools, with an AI-forward mindset.
  • An organized, diligent and proactive approach.
  • Payroll and/or benefits administration exposure is helpful.
  • Relevant experience can substitute for formal education.

The Practical Bits

  • Time at a desk working on a computer.
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds from time to time.
  • Based in Denver, with time in the office as needed.
