The Onboarding Specialist will manage client data migration, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and enhance client experiences during onboarding.

Our Customer Experience team is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving product adoption. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an Onboarding Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Data Migration and Setup
• Lead data migration from existing systems, including client, scheduling, and service information
• Configure business settings (open hours, room assignments) and create self-booking links for lessons and classes
• Set up services, payment plans, and workflows for smooth client operations
Support During Migration
• Act as the client’s main contact during migration, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth progress
• Conduct check-ins and adjust configurations to meet client needs
Training and Go-Live
• Provide training to help clients use Opus1 effectively and ensure they are ready to go live
• Test all configurations and prepare clients for independent system use
Efficiency and Collaboration
• Streamline the migration process for faster onboarding and reduced support tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth post-onboarding handoff
