  • Hybrid: Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.
Summary/Objective:

The Lock Desk Analyst serves as the primary pricing and lock desk resource for Mortgage Sales and plays a critical role in maintaining pricing accuracy, lock management, and secondary market operations. This position supports mortgage pricing, pipeline monitoring, investor delivery activities, and process automation initiatives while helping ensure profitability, risk management, and operational efficiency across the mortgage portfolio.

Essential Functions:
  • Acts as the primary lock desk contact for mortgage sales, helping resolve lock, pricing, policy, and process-related questions.
  • Assists Mortgage Sales and Operations in evaluating product eligibility, investor requirements, and pricing scenarios.
  • Creates, reviews, and distributes daily rate sheets for first mortgage products.
  • Monitors the mortgage pipeline for pricing accuracy, lock status, expiration risk, and investor eligibility, coordinating with Mortgage Sales and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Review and process lock extensions, relocks, and pricing exceptions in accordance with established policies and investor guidelines.
  • Support loan delivery through process improvement and act as a backup for Loan Delivery function as needed.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to mortgage production, lock activity, pipeline performance, profitability, and pricing trends for management and the Pricing Committee.

Required Skills, Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • 2+ years of mortgage/finance experience.
  • Strong excel capabilities including the ability to analyze large sets of data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Experience with mortgage product and pricing engines, third party hedging software, and loan origination systems.
  • Knowledge of secondary market pricing concepts, investor delivery requirements, and loan-level price adjustments (LLPAs).
  • Basic SQL query knowledge.
Work Environment:

Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

 Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects

  • Required schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Compensation:

The person hired into this position will likely earn between $22.51 and $30.95  hourly wage, plus annual bonus.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Anticipated Application Window:
