Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering first-tier HR consultation to managers and employees on a broad spectrum of HR programs and initiatives supporting HR best practices, workforce planning, global mobility & immigration, succession management, talent acquisition, and retention.
Providing input on the configuration, deployment, content development/maintenance of systems supporting HR Solutions delivery tools or systems.
Managing specialized HR programs, projects or solutions, including, but not limited to, Communication and Change Management, HR Process and Project Management, Global Mobility, M&A, and HR Policy and Compliance, and other programs that support HR's overall global program approach.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Exercising complete autonomy and decision-making as it relates to daily responsibilities and all assigned projects.
What We Are Looking For:
12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff
Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units
Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives
Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
Manages large teams of professionals and/or junior managers
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
