Under the direction of a Manager or Senior Manager, the Senior Consultant will develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client's business processes and information technology. They will be self-managed for long periods and interface regularly with clients and others outside of Wipfli.
The Senior Business Central Client Success Consultant can work in person, remote, or in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services to post-implementation clients using Business Central SaaS
  • Triage, monitor, follow-up, and resolve tickets with appropriate urgency; coordinate and engage other BC functional and technical experts to resolve complex issues or requests
  • Apply experience and knowledge while working with deployed clients to share best practices, identify functional gaps, gather functional requirements, architect and develop solutions including BC configuration, Marketplace Apps and/or extensions to meet business requirements
  • Organize, establish, and monitor progress on project work plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; ensure proper change management is communicated for out-of-scope requests
  • Thoroughly document work to illustrate understanding of concepts, create articles and how-to documents to build out Knowledge Management System
  • Execute marketing efforts including newsletters, webinars, blogs, and other content
  • Execute Onboarding Assessments for new clients already using Business Central
  • Monitor emerging Microsoft technologies and updates for Dynamics 365 Business Central; lead and participate in research and development for innovative solutions
  • Support the account management team through awareness of sales opportunities, escalate information as needed to determine scope of services to meet client needs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience in a professional services firm or 5+ years of private industry Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience with 1+ year of consulting experience in professional services preferred
  • Work toward obtaining Microsoft Business Central certification(s)
  • Experience modeling business processes and translating requirements into a business application
  • Strong technical aptitude including understanding and experience with the development process and PTE's
  • Knowledge and experience with the Business Central ecosystem of ISV's and Marketplace App partners and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle multiple time-sensitive client requests with various deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality and detail, and self-motivation
  • Ability to communicate and work directly with clients, individually or with a team

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000-118,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
