  • Deliver Strategic Communications: Create clear, engaging content (emails, memos, presentations) that informs and inspires action.
  • Analyze Impact: Assess how changes affect people and processes, identify risks, and guide communication and training efforts.
  • Support Training Programs: Collaborate on the design and delivery of training to support successful change adoption.
  • Measure Success: Establish metrics, track progress, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Advance Strategic Goals: Partner with business leaders to align change efforts with organizational priorities.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (moderate to advanced).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a PR, Marketing, or Business-related field or 5+ years of relevant experience in change management and communications.
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Industry designations or certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are a plus.
