As a Partner Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners such as HR consultancies, Benefits Brokers, System Integrators, and Agencies who want to recommend HiBob to their clients. Your role will be pivotal in expanding HiBob's partner ecosystem and driving the growth of the company's channel partnership program. If you have 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development-related role, preferably with experience in channel sales or partner recruitment.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, system integrators, HR consultancies, and agencies is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
  • Channel Partner Recruitment: Drive the development and execution of strategies to recruit new channel partners to help us grow our partner program + presence in the Americas.
