This role reports directly to the Vice President of End User Technology. As AVP, you will lead a team responsible for delivering seamless, high-impact event production and multimedia experiences across the enterprise. Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media Technology, Broadcast Engineering, Information Technology, or Communications) or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in event production, AV systems, and multimedia technologies, with a strong understanding of hybrid and in-person event delivery.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in multimedia services, live event production, or enterprise AV support.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and maintain composure under pressure during high-stakes events.
• Demonstrated success in modernizing AV infrastructure and implementing scalable, future-ready multimedia solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and initiatives.
