The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, processing requests, and delivering a professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospective customers as required.
  • Listen carefully to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, orders, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently.
  • Process orders, payments, cancellations, returns, refunds, appointments, and account updates.
  • Verify customer information and maintain accurate account records.
  • Enter customer information and call details into CRM and call center systems.
  • Document each customer interaction and record the appropriate resolution.
  • Transfer or escalate calls to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Follow established scripts, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up with customers when additional assistance or information is required.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and procedures.
  • Meet call handling, customer satisfaction, quality, attendance, and productivity goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service, call center, sales, or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous inbound or outbound call center experience.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, or call center software.
  • Experience with high-volume customer interactions.
  • Previous sales, retention, or collections experience.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
