The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, processing requests, and delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers when required.
- Listen carefully to customer questions, concerns, and requests.

- Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently.
- Process orders, payments, account updates, appointments, or service requests.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the company's system.
- Follow established call-handling procedures and scripts when applicable.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to company procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Meet established performance standards for call quality, response time, attendance, and productivity.
- Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Work effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
