Own a portfolio of ~18 telehealth partners to drive retention and commercial growth. Lead renewals, quantify ROI, run QBRs, manage partner health scores, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service expansions and resolve operational questions. Serve as the strategic partner contact and ensure partners view Bridge as essential infrastructure.
About Bridge:
Bridge is the fastest, most compliant way to scale insurance billing nationwide. We enable virtual care companies to go in-network nationally in as little as 30 days — without the operational lift. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in a single integrated solution. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief, we're scaling rapidly.
The Role:
The Account Manager owns the commercial relationship with Bridge's live partners — the person partner leadership calls when they're thinking about renewal, growth, or what's next. You'll manage a portfolio of ~18 partners, balancing two mandates: retention and growth of billed services. You'll report to the Partner Operations Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure partner retention - Own the renewal process end-to-end, starting from go-live. Build the case for renewal through demonstrated value — track partner outcomes, quantify ROI, and ensure partner leadership sees Bridge as essential infrastructure, not a vendor to evaluate. Identify renewal risk early and act on it.
- Establish a trusted consultative relationship and help partners grow - Drive net service volume retention by identifying and closing expansion opportunities — new service lines, new geographies, increased provider volume, new payer mix. Own the full commercial cycle: spot the opportunity, build the business case, negotiate rates, and close. For service line expansion, manage the end-to-end process by mastering service line guide nuances and seamlessly navigating the operational steps to add new services quickly.
- Own executive relationship and partner health - Be the strategic face of Bridge to partner leadership. Run QBRs, maintain a partner health scoring system, and ensure every partner in your portfolio has a clear picture of their performance on Bridge and where they can grow. Build the kind of trust where partners call you first, not just when something is wrong, but when they're planning their next move.
- Quarterback partner needs and relationships with cross-functional teams - Working with Partner Ops Support, ensure partners have the information they need to succeed. Be able to respond to most technical, onboarding/enrollment and clinical questions and know when to bring in cross-functional team expertise.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience owning a full portfolio independently; track record of owning high-complexity, high-visibility accounts and shaping account strategy beyond your own portfolio.
- Healthcare experience, ideally with exposure to clinical or telehealth workflows — insurance billing, payer contracting, credentialing, or revenue cycle management is a plus.
- Consulting or client strategy background, or equivalent experience managing commercial relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts — you know how to build a business case, spot an expansion opportunity, influence stakeholders, and negotiate terms that work for both sides.
- Strong executive presence — you're comfortable being the strategic point of contact for partner leadership, running QBRs, and representing Bridge at the table.
- Data-driven — you use partner outcomes and performance data to build the case for renewal or growth, not just relationship instinct.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through — you track renewal timelines, expansion pipelines, and partner health scores without anything slipping.
- AI-fluent — you use AI to move faster on research, synthesis, and strategy, but you know when a decision calls for your own judgment.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams (Onboarding, Ops, RCM, Compliance, Engineering) and holding people accountable without formal authority.
Why Bridge?
- Own the most commercially important relationship in Bridge's business — the partners whose growth and retention directly drive Bridge's revenue.
- Work at a company accelerating the adoption of virtual care to reduce costs and improve access to care — when more telehealth clinics grow on Bridge, more patients get affordable care. That's what you're contributing to every day.
- High-ownership, commission-eligible role: compensation is directly tied to the outcomes you drive.
- A role that grows with the function — we're building Partner Operations from the ground up, and you'll help define what great account management looks like at Bridge.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and equity package. Given Bridge's funding and stage, we heavily value the potential upside from equity.
Pay Transparency:
The estimated base salary for this role is $135,000 – $160,800 USD annually, with OTE of $168,750 – $201,000 USD annually.
Location:
Our preference is towards individuals that can join us in-person in Boulder, CO. Our ideal weekly schedule is 3 days in-office and 2 days working remotely. Open to considering remote candidates with the right fit.
