Lead and build Bridge's partner support function: design triage/escalation/SLAs, hire and coach a support team, use tooling (Pylon/HubSpot) and data to resolve issues fast, eliminate recurring friction via root-cause fixes, proactively monitor partner health, and coordinate with Account Management to drive operational improvements and knowledge management.

Own partner onboarding from contract signature through first visit, coordinating credentialing, engineering, compliance, clinical, and sales teams. Manage milestone-driven project plans, dependencies, deliverables, standups, status updates, partner training, and blocker escalation to achieve fast go-lives. Serve as the primary partner contact, ensure a seamless launch experience, and implement improvements that make onboarding faster and more scalable.

Own and scale Bridge's enterprise sales motion: convert inbound enterprise pipeline and build self-sourced outbound into strategic virtual care accounts. Run full-cycle, consultative sales with C-suite buyers, co-sell early deals with Head of Growth, document the enterprise playbook, and feed market intelligence to product and GTM teams.

Own a portfolio of ~18 telehealth partners to drive retention and commercial growth. Lead renewals, quantify ROI, run QBRs, manage partner health scores, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service expansions and resolve operational questions. Serve as the strategic partner contact and ensure partners view Bridge as essential infrastructure.

Own Bridge’s data function by building reliable pipelines, ETL orchestration, dbt models, marts, data products, dashboards, alerts, and self-service analytics. Investigate ambiguous business questions, improve data quality, structure business context for AI systems, and develop AI-powered tools and evaluations. The role also requires documentation, testing, code review, training, and cross-functional support.

Own Bridge’s go-to-market operating system as its first dedicated GTM Operations hire. Responsibilities include architecting HubSpot, integrating marketing, sales, onboarding, and account management systems, automating manual workflows, building outbound processes, creating enablement resources, and delivering dashboards, forecasting, and decision support. The role partners with the Head of Growth to improve seller productivity, data quality, revenue per seller, and scalable GTM infrastructure without adding headcount.

Perform accurate medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), audit coded data, support coding-related appeals, maintain compliance with CMS/HIPAA, and educate RCM staff to optimize reimbursement in a telehealth setting.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to virtual care companies: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close. Advise on reimbursement strategy, payer dynamics, and billing models. Help build a repeatable sales playbook, feed market intelligence, and scale Bridge's GTM motion while working closely with Head of Growth.

Lead design as Bridge's first product designer: create the design system, design complex clinical and operational workflows (starting with provider onboarding), run user research and usability testing, collaborate with engineering through implementation and UX QA, and own product content, documentation, and brand artifacts.

Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks including eligibility verification, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, collections and denial management. Provide partner and patient support, identify trends and revenue opportunities, and maintain KPI targets while using billing systems, EMRs, clearinghouses, and related tools.

Serve as the primary technical contact for telehealth partners: run kick-offs, triage Slack, meet SLA commitments (including occasional weekend coverage), build and ship integrations, SDKs, and partner-facing tooling, translate partner needs into specs/bugs, and produce external documentation and guides.
