  • Run discovery and solution-focused sales conversations, translating customer workflows into a clear value proposition for Propeller.
  • Collaborate with your SDR and broader GTM team to align outreach, territory plans, and deal strategy.
  • Partner and strategize with the dealers in your region.

  • Proven sales track record in a full sales cycle role, consistently hitting targets for new logo acquisition.
  • Experience in or strong exposure to Propeller’s target industries (e.g., construction tech, civil engineering, GIS, surveying, drone software, aerospace/space tech, or related), with a baseline understanding of customer workflows and needs.
  • Ability to translate complex spatial data concepts into a compelling value proposition for both field crews and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, collaborative ways of working — strong ownership, with good judgment about when to pull in teammates to close.
  • Customer-first selling approach: curiosity-led discovery, consultative selling, and focus on solving real customer problems.
  • Preferred: Experience selling integrated hardware + software solutions.
