Design, implement and operate IP/MPLS microwave backhaul and peering networks (BGP/OSPF/VRF) supporting voice, data and IP Telephony. Provide onsite Oracle Identity Management (IDM) architecture, support, troubleshooting, and custom coding. Handle user provisioning, logon/access issue diagnosis, scheduled tasks, and advise on IDM system changes for the Colorado Department of Education.

Plan, execute, and close IT projects on time and within budget; coordinate agency executives, IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders; apply PM best practices (risk, change, quality); lead, mentor, and train project teams; ensure compliance with the State's project management policies and standards.

Provide temporary support and maintenance for legacy MS Access HR applications, analyze and document their current 'As Is' state, modify and debug code, consult with users, produce user and technical documentation, and help assess target platforms for secure migration.
