Purpose/Scope
- This contractor will be responsible for assistance in evaluating, reviewing, sorting and standardizing software package data for compilation into a Senate Bill report.
- Once the data is standardized with the Senate Bill report, this contractor will assist with other project planning for the Deskside Support Services Enterprise Manager.
- Contractor will be directed by Deskside Enterprise Manager and will also work with 10 Deskside Managers who are located across the state.
- Data will be provided via email, Google Drive and conference calls.
- Additionally, this contractor will be assisting with project planning tasks, reports, and/or gathering additional information from the Deskside Managers.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Desktop End User working environment
- Basic knowledge of searching for software components to determine if they are part of a software package or an independent software program
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas
- Basic knowledge of Google Drive
- Proficient in communicating in person and in writing
- Able to work well with others, take direction, and offer suggestions
- Self motivated working independently
