Develop, test, debug, and maintain .NET applications and systems using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and SQL. Design/enhance databases or coordinate with DBAs, diagnose and resolve software issues, and communicate technical information to non-technical clients.

Provide onsite Oracle Identity Management (IDM) architecture, support, troubleshooting, and custom coding. Handle user provisioning, logon/access issue diagnosis, scheduled tasks, and advise on IDM system changes for the Colorado Department of Education.

Provide temporary support and maintenance for legacy MS Access HR applications, analyze and document their current 'As Is' state, modify and debug code, consult with users, produce user and technical documentation, and help assess target platforms for secure migration.
