The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.

Provides expert support for the Benefits product, owns complex customer escalations, and partners with Product and Engineering to resolve issues. Coaches Customer Experience Specialists, conducts quality reviews, supports onboarding and training, maintains knowledge resources, and participates in UAT and bug hunting. Identifies recurring issues and product gaps while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and consistent customer outcomes across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Managed Services teams.

Own retention and upsell efforts for large employer clients, serving as a strategic partner on health plan design, cost performance, and plan outcomes. Manage broker and client relationships, monitor account health, address risks, resolve strategic issues, and collaborate with account managers and product, data, and technology teams. Develop customized reports and presentations demonstrating client value and ROI while improving net revenue retention and account performance.

Owns the post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, success planning, renewals, escalation management, executive communication, and customer advocacy. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors customer environments and trends, drives product usage and time to value, develops recommendations and RCA documents, and proactively improves customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for Eve’s legal technology platform across enterprise law firm accounts. Lead onboarding, maximize product utilization, demonstrate client ROI, develop case studies and use cases, gather feedback for product improvements, and maintain strong client relationships. Manage a smaller book of business with $10M–$20M in ARR ownership while delivering strategic upsells, cross-sells, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires legal industry expertise, analytical ability, project management, communication skills, and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
