The Bilingual Customer Retention Representative engages with customers regarding policy cancellations, builds relationships, and offers solutions to retain life insurance policies.

Provide empathetic, precise email support to startup founders, investors, and attorneys; write and maintain help center articles; test product features; debug software issues with engineering; surface customer trends and feedback; and help customers complete legal paperwork using the product.

Provide phone, email, and chat support to patients and advocates, resolve inquiries, confirm appointments, troubleshoot basic browser/phone issues, gather and report feedback, and help improve the customer experience while supporting new clients.

Serve as a trusted consultant for agency partners managing brand portfolios on Triple Whale. Provide proactive technical support, advise on marketing strategy and product functionality, collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects and Support, forecast revenue/renewals, lead agency meetings, gather product feedback, and drive customer experience improvements.

Lead onboarding and training for new customers of an AI-powered construction SaaS. Customize training, run webinars and office hours, create documentation, drive user adoption, surface issues with support, and collaborate with product and customer success to refine onboarding processes.

Manage and support existing ASO client accounts: research clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare and present reporting, retain and grow accounts, and learn ASO and related paid/organic acquisition impacts.

Own post-sale onboarding: run initial setup calls, guide clients hands-on, answer questions, flag product issues, schedule follow-ups, and build relationships to drive customer activation and long-term retention.

Own onboarding and early customer success: launch and monitor ads, websites, and funnels; diagnose and fix performance issues across ads, traffic, conversion, and lead quality; coordinate with customers and internal teams; manage multiple customers and iterate quickly to drive revenue outcomes.

Provide first-level support for SpryPoint SaaS applications via email, portal, phone/Zoom. Troubleshoot issues, document tickets, replicate bugs for development, escalate complex cases, monitor system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality. Maintain product knowledge and assist clients across Pacific Time Zone.

Provide day-to-day customer support via chat and email, review and manage the design queue, troubleshoot issues, maintain client communication, and collaborate with colleagues. Work remotely during specified PST/MST hours; familiarity with solar design or construction is preferred.
