Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a client portfolio, lead implementations and live-event support, audit configurations, translate client needs into product feedback, document processes, streamline workflows, and manage multiple clients to ensure scalable, reliable solutions and positive business outcomes.

Provide remote customer support via phone and email, monitor live trips, resolve and escalate issues, document interactions in Sprinklr, coordinate with internal teams, and support continuous improvement and training efforts. Must work flexible nights and weekends.

Manage full-service meeting and event programs including pre-event planning, hotel contract management, vendor and AV liaison, on-site execution, budget management, client communication, and travel (5-7 days/month).
