Oversee advertising, promotions, VIP programs, PR, social media, database and direct‑response campaigns, budgeting, P&L, staff supervision, and guest experience initiatives. Collaborate with corporate and regional teams, manage vendors and events, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive loyalty, visitation, and revenue growth.

Design immersive brand environments and installations from concept through visualization and fabrication. Produce mood boards, scaled CAD floorplans, high-quality 3D renderings, and client-facing visual decks using AI and visualization tools. Collaborate with producers and internal teams, conduct site visits, advise on materials, budgets, and lighting, and present design intent at client reviews.

Lead product roadmap and execution for a core product line, coordinate cross-functional discovery and delivery, run agile ceremonies, track product KPIs, manage legacy client transitions and new launches, surface risks, and communicate status to stakeholders to drive data-informed prioritization and successful go-to-market outcomes.

Lead multiple engineering teams across the Onboarding and Timekeeping product line. Develop engineering managers and technical leaders, align Squads and Chapters, guide mobile application strategy, improve delivery speed and quality, collaborate with Product and QA, manage cross-team integrations, and drive AI adoption throughout the software development lifecycle. The role also provides technical direction on architecture, observability, incident response, coding standards, and post-mortems while supporting globally distributed teams.

Support the sponsorship sales team by creating compelling presentations, conducting sponsor research, building prospect lists, assisting outreach, coordinating sponsor fulfillment and post-show reporting, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive sponsorship revenue growth for consumer boat shows.
