We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to support multiple Workday implementations and optimization initiatives. This role is suited for a professional who can operate at the intersection of business, HR, and technology, rather than a delivery-focused project manager.

Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure best-practice Workday solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, solution assessments, and impact analysis for enhancements or new modules.
Support UAT planning, testing, and stakeholder readiness activities.
Provide advisory guidance on Workday capabilities, data flows, reporting, and integrations.
2–3 full lifecycle Workday implementations (hands-on involvement).
Strong background in Workday functional analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to operate as a program-level contributor, not a task-tracking project manager.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders

Prior experience working in large enterprise or transformation programs.
Exposure to post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
