As a Workday HCM AMS Consultant, you will support post–go-live clients by assisting with Workday configuration, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. You will work alongside senior consultants and client stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes across the Talent lifecycle. 

Responsibilities

  • Support client discussions and workshops to gather and document business requirements
  • Assist with configuring Workday functionality to support enhancements and optimization efforts
  • Help resolve client issues and support ongoing system improvements
  • Learn and apply Workday leading practices across various modules including, but not limited to, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Security, Reporting
  • Partner with senior consultants to deliver high-quality AMS services
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and internal Skillcentrix team members
  • Participate in internal initiatives, training, and knowledge-sharing activities

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (post–go-live support or optimization preferred)
  • Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in any of the following is preferred: Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Security, and/or Reporting
  • Experience configuring Workday or supporting configuration changes
  • Interest in Talent and HR processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but may be required periodically)
