Executive sales leader responsible for expanding OSV’s tax compliance offering beyond Workday. OneSource Virtual (OSV) has worked exclusively with Workday customers since 2008 to deliver compliant, in-tenant technology and expert services to automate the administrative, transactional tasks of payroll, taxes, earned wage access, accounts payable, and benefits. With over 1,500 customers, 92% retention, and $225+ billion in treasury movement annually, OSV helps organizations maximize their Workday investment and operate it with confidence. Payroll, benefits, and finance solutions — all in one place.

About the Role

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is expanding its market-leading Tax Compliance Offering beyond the Workday ecosystem, bringing it to market as a standalone SaaS offering for leading HCM Payroll software platforms. We are seeking a Vice President to serve as the executive sales leader for this new business line: building C-level relationships with target ERP/HCM providers, forging the partnerships that open new distribution channels, and closing marquee platform accounts that establish OSV's credibility in a market it has not previously played in.

This is an executive-level, relationship-driven role. You are the face of this new product to the outside world — to prospective ERP partners, enterprise customers, and industry stakeholders — and the internal voice that shapes strategy at the board and leadership level.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the senior executive owner of all strategic opportunities tied to the standalone Tax product and service offering — targeting ERPs and marquee enterprise prospects
  • Build and personally cultivate C-suite and VP-level relationships at HCM Payroll software platforms.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for direct-integration agreements, working closely with Legal, IT/Ops, and Finance
  • Own executive-level sales for top-tier/marquee accounts, personally closing strategic deals that set market precedent
  • Represent OSV externally at the executive level — industry conferences, analyst briefings, partner summits — establishing the company's credibility and presence outside the Workday ecosystem
  • Act as the primary internal advocate for this new business line at the leadership and board level, shaping go-to-market strategy, investment priorities, and expansion sequencing
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, IT/Ops, and Legal to ensure the commercial strategy reflects market realities
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that convert into durable enterprise contracts, not just one-time transactions
  • Mentor and eventually help scale a broader sales/partnerships team as the business line matures

What You Bring

  • 12+ years in executive sales, strategic partnerships, or business development leadership, ideally in enterprise HR Payroll & Tax compliance.
  • Demonstrated success building and closing C-level relationships at scale, particularly with platform/ERP partners rather than just end customers
  • A strong existing network within the HCM/HR tech ecosystem is a significant advantage
  • Experience launching or scaling a new business line, product, or market entry at the executive level
  • Sophisticated negotiator, comfortable structuring complex partnership, reseller, and enterprise agreements
  • Polished executive presence — credible in board rooms, on stage at industry events, and across the negotiating table
  • Deep understanding of payroll tax compliance and multi-jurisdictional regulatory complexity, or the ability to master it quickly
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Success Metrics (First 12–18 Months)

  • Established executive-level relationships with leadership at 3–5 target ERP/HCM platforms
  • Signed strategic agreements with at least 1–2 marquee platforms
  • Personally closed a cohort of flagship enterprise accounts that validate the product outside Workday
  • Positioned OSV as a credible, known player in the broader HCM tax compliance space
  • Built the relationship and deal pipeline needed to justify scaling the team in Year 2
