Why this Role is Important:
The Vice President of Partner & Channel Sales will play a pivotal role in scaling our footprint, driving revenue growth, and accelerating the adoption of our ground-breaking “Energy Efficiency as a Service” solutions. This leader will design and execute strategic partnerships and channel sales models, building a high-impact team and collaborating across functions to deliver substantial business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design and launch a comprehensive partner and channel strategy driving expansion across channels such as REITs, Private Equity-backed enterprises, Service Delivery Partners, and Strategic Alliances.
- Actively manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximize lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue bookings.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value new partners, thereby extending Budderfly’s market reach.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partner sales team while remaining hands-on with existing partners.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Service Delivery, Customer Success) to align partner engagement strategies and deliver exceptional partner experience.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel or partner sales strategies, leading to measurable revenue growth.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value partnerships and secure strategic relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience in building and scaling sales teams.
- Outstanding executive presence, communication, and relationship building capabilities.
- Prior experience in energy, sustainability, technology services, or energy efficiency solutions — highly desirable but not required.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000 based on factors including level of experience, skillset, and qualifications.
Location: Remote
