Mineralys is a fully remote company.

Reporting to the Director, Virtual Engagement, the Virtual Territory Manager will play a critical role in Mineralys' first commercial launch. This experienced sales professional will promote lorundrostat to cardiologists, nephrologists and primary care providers through phone, video and approved digital channels.
The Virtual Territory Manager will have three focus areas: covering field territories left open by turnover until a Territory Manager is in place, reaching priority HCPs in remote and low-access areas, and providing virtual support to existing Territory Managers on the accounts they share. This person will work closely with the Director, Virtual Engagment and the field team so every customer gets one consistent Mineralys experience.

Key Responsibilities

Open Territory Coverage
•    Cover open field territories after a vacancy, keeping priority HCPs engaged until a Territory Manager is hired.
•    Maintain call plans, account priorities and momentum for lorundrostat while the territory is open.
•    Effectively transition accounts back with call history, account notes and next steps in Veeva CRM when a new Territory Manager starts.

Remote & Low-Access HCPs
•    Own an assigned list of priority HCPs in remote, rural and low-access areas, including offices that limit in-person visits.
•    Build reach and frequency with these HCPs through phone, video and approved digital channels.
•    Identify growth opportunities in assigned remote and low-access accounts.

Virtual Support for Territory Managers
•    Extend each Territory Manager's reach by engaging hard-to-see or lower-priority HCPs in their territory, as agreed with the Territory Manager and Regional Sales Director.
•    Add frequency with high-priority targets between in-person calls.
•    Follow up after field calls on clinical questions, access, patient support and sample requests, partnering with Access Reimbursement Managers on access needs.
•    Share account insights, objections and adoption signals with Territory Managers and their Regional Sales Directors.

Virtual Selling / Business Execution
•    Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data and relevant treatment guidelines.
•    Build and execute a business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities, analyzing territory trends and customer needs to adjust as needed.
•    Deliver compliant, high-quality sales presentations by phone, video and approved digital channels.
•    Communicate clinical data clearly and handle questions on efficacy, safety and appropriate patients.
•    Achieve or exceed sales and engagement goals across all three focus areas.
•    Align virtual outreach with Marketing omnichannel programs so HCPs get one consistent message.

Compliance & Operations
•    Use only approved materials and channels, following all Compliance, Legal and Medical guidelines.
•    Record every interaction and update account information timely and accurately in Veeva CRM, including sample and literature requests.
•    Comply with PDMA, Sunshine Act and all company policies, and consistently embody Mineralys' values of collaboration, integrity, quality, trust and urgency.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
•    3+ years of successful pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred, with other relevant sales experience considered.

Skills and Attributes

•    Successful virtual or inside sales experience preferred.
•    Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic, nephrology or rare disease) preferred.
•    Prior launch experience preferred.
•    Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and strong customer relationships.
•    Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly by phone and video.
•    Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and use video platforms, Veeva CRM and digital engagement tools to engage HCPs virtually.
•    Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a territory independently and thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.

Travel

•    This position requires up to 10% travel, mainly for training, national and regional meetings.  Some travel is outside the local area and overnight.

US Salary Range:  $105,000 - $120,000
