The Vice President of Partnerships will lead EverConnect’s enterprise partnership strategy, driving strategic relationships that generate significant revenue. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role for a self-starter with a proven track record in home services, home remodeling, franchising, and working with Private Equity–backed businesses. The ideal candidate will have deep industry connections and extensive experience structuring and closing large-scale partnership deals at the enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute EverConnect’s partnership strategy to drive new revenue streams and strengthen existing relationships.
- Identify and target high-value partnership opportunities in the home services, home remodeling, and franchise sectors.
- Build strategic alliances with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to unlock enterprise-level deals.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Lead the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to deal structuring, negotiation, and post-deal integration.
- Consistently deliver against aggressive revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless partnership execution and maximum ROI.
- Market & Relationship Development
- Leverage existing network to open doors with C-suite executives, franchisors, franchisees, and PE partners.
- Represent EverConnect at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Leadership & Influence
- Serve as the internal and external champion for EverConnect’s partnership vision.
- Mentor and guide team members on enterprise-level deal-making best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 8+ years of senior-level business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances experience.
- Proven track record of securing and managing enterprise-level partnership deals that drive measurable revenue.
- Extensive experience in home services, home remodeling, and franchise industries.
- Strong background working with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and close high-value opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and business acumen.
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Performance Metrics
- Revenue generated from new partnerships.
- Retention and expansion of existing partner relationships.
- Number and value of PE portfolio company partnerships secured.
- Contribution to overall company growth targets.
