What We’re Looking For: 

The Vice President of Partnerships and Account Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving growth through high-impact partnerships and ensuring exceptional client relationships. This role will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of strategic partnerships while leading an account management team to drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion among existing clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact: Partnerships Strategy & Execution: 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to educate, secure awareness, secure advocates and seek potential areas for collaboration within all areas of the ecosystem - education, healthcare, community sector, non-profit, policy think tanks, and affiliated organizations to ensure Kooth and Soluna are viewed as an integrated and embedded part of the system and drive sustainability. 
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players to drive business growth.
  • Foster long-term relationships with partners to maximize value and collaboration.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, data analytics/research, and sales teams to enhance partnership success.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Account Management & Client Success:
  • Lead and mentor the account management team to deliver best-in-class client experience and drive account growth.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention, upsell opportunities, and overall satisfaction.
  • Establish and refine key account management processes to ensure seamless onboarding and continued engagement.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development and business strategy.
  • Develop key metrics and KPIs to measure client success and satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing partnerships and account management team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key thought leader and ambassador for the company in external partnerships and industry events.
Stakeholder Management 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including external leaders in the education, healthcare, community, policy think tanks and political sectors. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on partnerships and account strategies.
  • Effectively communicate business objectives, performance metrics, and key initiatives to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Align partnership and account management strategies with broader corporate goals to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve potential conflicts to foster long-term collaboration and success.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
  • 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare IT solutions across partnerships, business development, and/or account management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; preferred expertise in behavioral healthcare and/or youth mental health.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, strategic accounts and partnerships in one or more of the following domains: Public Sector, Payer, K–12, or Higher Education.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, including scaling, supporting, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled at building processes and structure to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a comfort navigating ambiguity and change.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence, retention, and growth.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring success and making informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

What You’ll Get:

Compensation: The base salary for this role is $170,000-$200,000 plus bonus. We’re committed to transparency and value our candidates time, which is why we share salary ranges in all states—regardless of local requirements. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including your education, experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
