About the Role

The Trainer is responsible for all learning and development activities to support the Customer Success & Operations organization.  Primary responsibilities include training delivery, support of training & knowledge content development, collaborating with leadership to identify future training needs, and supporting the Quality Assurance process to enable successful growth and development of team members.

Essential Functions

  • Deliver new hire and ongoing training
  • Develop training materials for all Customer Operations training activities
  • Identify training needs and requirements
  • Recommend training solutions to drive performance improvement
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to identify and document business process as it pertains to training requirements
  • Develop and deliver assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training
  • Conduct Quality Assurance audits

What does success look like?

  • In the first 2 weeks, developing training support content  & becoming familiar with Quality Assurance program
  • In the first 30 days, delivering training for support team
  • Ongoing success is measured through training delivery and content development to meet changing needs of the organization & identification of potential training opportunities

Skills, experience and education that is needed for this person to be able to succeed in this role:

The anticipated salary range for this role will be $50,000-60,000.
