We are looking for a Training and Onboarding Specialist to lead the coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs and training content that empowers our Sales teams to ramp faster, grow their knowledge, and drive business outcomes. This role plays a key part in developing a high-performing, consistent, and confident sales culture.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging and effective onboarding experiences that set new sales team members up for success in their first 30-60-90 days
- Create and update training materials and resources, including playbooks, job aids, LMS content, and process documentation
- Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager and Revenue Leaders to assess training needs and develop tailored programs that close skill gaps
- Facilitate live training sessions, including new hire bootcamps, knowledge refresher trainings, tool/process rollouts, and other go-to-market initiatives as needed
- Maintain a feedback loop with new hires and their managers to continually improve onboarding and training touchpoints
- Monitor key enablement metrics (time to productivity, certification scores, adoption rates) to measure training effectiveness
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding and training schedules, including invitations, reminders, and materials
- Support cross-functional training needs related to systems, product updates, or customer journey changes impacting Sales
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales enablement, sales training, or onboarding role — bonus if in a high-growth or healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — comfortable leading virtual and in-person sessions
- Experience creating content using tools like Google Slides, Confluence, or an LMS
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple onboarding cohorts and projects
- Passionate about helping others succeed and a natural “connector” who brings teams together
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or startups
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Knowledge of sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong), and marketing attribution systems

- The base salary for this role ranges from $66,000 USD to $99,000 USD, depending upon experience
