Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer (user) calls concerning personal computers, touch screens, printers, etc.
- Sets up new personal computers and distributes new personal computers to users, ensuring all appropriate software and logins are functional.
- Perform preventative maintenance on personal computers.
- Contacts vendors for support and resolution of issues.
- Participates in resolution of computer system problems (hardware or software) as the need arises.
- Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000
