Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall production output in assigned area by ensuring assigned employees are performing their assigned duties.
- Maintains positive employee relations within department, including follows up on employee concerns/suggestions; resolves conflict situations; interprets and administers employee related policies.
- Ensures direct reports' compliance with all safety, quality, environmental and BOS policies and procedures. Performs audits as required.
- Ensures employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs, keeping them informed of any changes or new requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Pay Range: $65,000-$70,000
