Early in your technical career and wondering what you want to do? We are looking to offer 2 people the chance to work across a number of our business units. You will have the chance to solve technical problems both remotely and on client-site with a number of our exciting global customers. Do you already have diverse skills and a drive to succeed, but would like exposure to a variety of revenue streams that propel a tech company's growth? This might be for you. 

We are offering you the opportunity to be exposed to and develop across the multiple facets of a Technology business so you can cultivate the career path that best aligns with you. Starting out in the depths of our high-energy engineering team, you will be educated on our products, software engineering principles, technical support, customer success, solutions, and much more; all with the intent of helping contribute in meaningful ways, while learning more about the tech business and yourself. Whether you want to be a Solutions Architect, Developer or Customer Advocate, this role will give you the fundamental skills in the streaming media industry to succeed. 

As a Technical Graduate you will
  • Work with our engineering team on a range of software related challenges
  • Work with our customer facing teams - Solutions and Support, to understand the importance of a “customer centric” mindset and the challenges we are looking to solve with our product suite.
  • Have the opportunity to rotate teams to obtain different experiences to shape your career.
  • Have the opportunity to travel to client locations across the globe (US, EMEA, South America).
It would be amazing if you have
  • A genuine interest and passion for video technology
  • A computer science degree, have  a STEM background or Engineering skills in one commonly used programming language.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems with relentless curiosity
  • Motivation to work for a start-up and try your hand at many disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.

Compensation:
$45,000–$55,000 USD annualized, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation will be pro-rated for the duration of the internship.
