The Director will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations for the organization, including providing support where needed to ensure successful business operations. One of the main responsibilities includes conducting a business planning process to measure performance. The successful candidate will keep accurate sales operations records, help modify existing sales operations processes, create budgets, and allocate resources to reach all sales operations goals. Additionally, this person will monitor operational performance and lead business meetings to recommend changes to operations. This person will also oversee strategic sales planning, forecasting at regular intervals, analyzing all sales operations, and modifying them to make them more efficient without sacrificing effectiveness and quality. They work with managers to increase productivity and facilitate sales operations by educating others on their company offerings.
