About the Role

FareHarbor is the premier tour and activity software company in the world, and is only continuing to grow. With a highly customizable product, best-in-class support, and clients operating in dozens of countries around the world, we take pride in what we offer to tourism businesses of all shapes and sizes. Our clients’ businesses might consist of Cooking Classes in Italy, Instagrammable Pop-up Attractions in California, Adventure Hikes in New Zealand, and everything in between.

This role sits on our Lead Generation team and plays a pivotal role in driving regional productivity, maintaining data quality, and ensuring smooth operations across the team. Reporting to and working closely with the Lead Generation Manager, this role requires strong leadership, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to support and develop team members. You will oversee daily tasks, manage process improvements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve optimal lead generation outcomes.

What you’ll do here:

  • Lead and monitor the regional team’s performance, ensuring top productivity and adherence to defined metrics.
  • Oversee quality control within the CRM and internal Airtable bases.
  • Set expectations and manage team members by aligning on process changes, setting individual performance expectations, and performing administrative tasks (e.g., compliance courses, Workday data entry, PTO tracking).
  • Maintain and improve upon our outbound lead generation efforts and systems, including identifying areas for enhancement or efficiency gains, brainstorm solutions, and implementation of process updates.
  • Act as your region's point of contact and subject matter expert regarding all things lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Senior Specialists to uphold a unified global strategy and evenly distribute responsibilities.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to uphold lead qualification criteria and pipeline standards.
  • Lead your regional team meetings and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports, setting clear objectives, maintaining a detailed agenda, and supporting professional growth.
  • Champion and encourage an innovation mindset and skill-building aligned with departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation.
  • Proven experience guiding teams and delegation responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, data management, and lead generation best practices; ability to spot inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Is a critical thinker and can synthesize information to formulate new strategies.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges with enthusiasm, always looking to support the team and drive progress.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Points: 

  • Prior work experience in a SaaS company and/or the travel industry
  • CRM/database experience

Salary Range: $77,760-$116,640, plus 10% bonus potential
