About the Role

We are seeking an experienced strategy and operations leader to lead FareHarbor’s Commercial Operations team in Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling processes that drive revenue growth across a large client base, enabling Commercial teams and leaders to operate efficiently, and collaborating with cross-function teams to launch new initiatives. A key area of focus will be operationalizing annual performance targets for the Sales and Account Management organizations. 

In addition, you will champion the adoption of AI tools and systems across Commercial teams—working closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and impact across Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding teams.

You’ll build and manage a team of associates and analysts that enables growth across the NORAM Commercial Account Management, Sales, and Onboarding teams. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing Sales and Account Management performance targets, creating tools that enable teams to achieve revenue goals, be on the forefront of AI tooling, and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

What you'll do here: 

  • Solve Complex, Ambiguous Problems: Identify root causes and implement scalable, data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive client growth
  • Build & Lead a High-Performance Team: Manage and mentor Operations Associates and Analysts, fostering a data-driven, results-oriented culture
  • Own Sales & AM Performance Target Setting Process: Work with local leaders to create annual performance targets for the Sales & AM teams; ensuring performance goals are motivating, achievable, based on ground-level realities and support long-term revenue objectives. After targets are set, follow-through with tracking of key performance metrics, measure ROI, and identify new revenue opportunities. 
  • Develop and Optimize Processes & Tools: Design and maintain workflows and playbooks that empower Commercial teams to acquire, retain, and expand client relationships
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Distribution teams to align on growth strategies, advocate for client needs, and influence product development based on market feedback
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Build tools and drive prioritization for how Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management teams can operate most effectively and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Partner with Commercial Leadership and Global Commercial Operations: Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between regional operational execution and business strategy. Partner with the Global Commercial Operations team on strategic planning, analysis, and execution.
  • Champion AI: Design and deploy AI-based tools and workflows that enhance productivity and enable Commercial teams to better serve clients and close revenue gaps

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, sales operations, revenue strategy, or a similar role supporting go-to-market teams (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success), with at least 2+ year  in a management role
  • Proven ability to ideate, build, roll-out and maintain processes and tools to large teams. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive business decisions and revenue outcomes across operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to gain buy-in across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to launch new products and and aligning operational execution with company growth strategies
  • Ability to lead in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment, managing through the dynamics of change while maintaining a focus on growth and efficiency.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Tableau experience preferred 
  • Experience setting and operationalizing performance targets across Commercial functions, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Analytics
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in driving adoption of AI technologies to improve team performance and operational efficiency

Salary Range: $95,200-$142,800, plus 15% bonus potential
