Our client is seeking a Clinical Support Analyst to support Tapestry-based referral, authorization, order routing, work queues, CRMs, provider portal, provider maintenance and Tapestry Link workflows. Assist their Managed Care Health Plan with support and system build and Utilization Management projects.
- Build and maintain referral and authorization workflows.
- Build and maintain orders and work queues
- Support utilization management workflows including Epic 278R.
- Maintain CRM records for member tracking and documentation.
- Support order routing and linkage with UM tasks.
- Troubleshoot Provider Portal and Tapestry Link issues.
- Manage security access and user templates.
- Participate in testing cycles and upgrades.
Requirements
Required Epic Tapestry Certification:
- Epic Referrals and Authorizations
Additional Desired Certifications:
- Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration
- Epic Tapestry CRM (Cheers) Administration
- Epic Benefits Engine for Tapestry
- Epic Tapestry Link
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with UM/referrals/Tapestry as an Analyst
- Build Experience working in a managed care or shared instance environment.
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
